His Excellency the President, Hon Mwai Kibaki and PM designated Hon Raila Odinga must take charge and make a finally settlement of the grand coalition government or else face alienation from Kenyans and the International community.
Kenyans and the world entrusted them to reconstruct the country’s political, social and economical infrastructures, and therefore they have no excuse whatsoever to transfer the ministerial appointments saga to their cronies. This is an unacceptable displacement tactic and shows how easily they can be influenced to slide the country back to chaos.
In essence, President Kibaki and PM designated Raila should take charge of the country’s affairs and dissolved the current cabinet, have breathing space then appoint credential and competent ministers.
The current Ministers were appointed and sworn in crisis; more importantly most of them are shameless opportunists who participated in fueling the violence to retain or get into power, particularly Hon Kalonzo and his ODM-K cronies in the PNU government.
Meanwhile, Hon Kibaki and Hon Raila should bear in mind that the Kenyan history is in the making and that they may negatively or positively judge as either prudent or unwise leaders.
Kenyan tax payers are under siege by the PNU/ODM politicians; wrangling for positions as they draw hefty allowances while their constituents are either Internally Displaced or Refugees living in dehumanized camps in their own country or foreign countries.
The recent post election violence bit all the regions in Kenyan and our politicians are aware that the procrastinating of proposed grand coalition government is equally furthering the sufferings of the innocent Kenyans families living in the camps without proper shelters, education, medication and food.
It is unfortunate that our MP’s are celebrating, dining and making holidays at lucrative tourist hotels in Mombasa as their voters dead bodies still laying in the morgues across the country, others still ailing with bullets and arrows lodged in the bodies, many held in the hospital because of bills, widows and orphans rendered homeless, treatable pandemics killing indiscriminately across the country. SHAME ON YOU!!!
Christian Democratic Movement of Kenya (CDMK) backs Hon William Rutu call for re-election as the last result in solving the stalemate of the cabinet appointments to bring in new fresh blood in the leadership to take Kenya forward.
Jaramogi Oginda Odinga will die but Kenya will remain, (Jaramogi in his own words in 1994 at Migwena Sports Festival in Bondo district before the cruel hand of death robbed us the doyen of opposition in the same year)

Follow-up comment rss or Leave a TrackbackKibaki and Raila must just mend relationships to suit all Kenyans.
Our people have gone through a lot just because they exercised their voting rights. It would be very absurd to have innocent wanainchi lose their lives for no cause.
None of the family member have been awarded anything since normalcy came back.
The nominations that are done should be given to some people who actually lost their loved ones or to the impoverished people to be represented in parliament.
Just my opinion! am entitled to. Kenyan leaders have started on a wrong foot, lets go back to the people, no need buying expensive equipment yet we are running on a deficit.
Let us think!!!! Open for discussion
Guys,
In a follow up to deliberations MADE regarding sharing of Cabinet Ministries, I find this issue not at its noble state. It is apparent that no concrete solution will ever be found if the Preso will not dissolve his present cabinet.
It will be prudent for PNU cronies to realize the kind of diversity they are into.
I wish some gravity somewhere could just clog some of these political amateurs out of sight and let Kenyans have their pride back!
It is now even rowdy that political activists are smoked away with their bloody T/GAS while trying to hire their views.
Days are moving and no strategy has been employed at the corridors of the ministries offices yet their salaries are still available!
Craving at 44 ministries is out of question and it is absurd to our ailing economy. No notice taken from either of our regarded educated PNU BOSSES. They have decided to remain perennial to their contributions.
I think they better not have slippery steps (legs) coz Kenyans have run out of patience and the next move can find them running to their respective home gates for good!
I suggest Raila should motivate for international aid sabotage for a while till they conquer this irking issue! What do you think?
I think we should be a little bit more patient, stop insiting each other to take innocent kenyans back to the streets, the violence, indisplacement, arson and all that crap, and just spread around messages of hope
to Kenyans, not these kind of messages.
This is my opinion, am entitled to it.
Cynthia,
My sister, nobody is suggesting that Kenyans go to the streets but they can only do that if provoked by some selfish arrogant xracters from PNU who think they are more Kenyan than others. It is simple they need to share Gava 50:50 and they agreed in broad daylight. No party is more equal than the other. I rest my case.
