Is this a slap or a change of act from reformist Minister ? Hope this get your attention the Immigration Minister Hon/Mr.Kajwang Otieno.

Everyone hope that you understand very well the role of Kenyan Diaspora on the economical, Educational, humanitarian agencies, and our political contributions at presently and in the past, of which you are beneficiary.

You promised Kenyans that your first political task and Agenda was to draft bill on the duel citizenship. It is months now, and it seems nothing is coming forth, instead we only hear of Kenyans being threaten by deportaions

The Iron lady Ms Karua Martha-Justice Ministry,and Hon.Ruto-Ministry of Agriculture with Ministry of lands Minister, all Have published bills ready for debate yet nothing is coming from Mr Bado Mapambano

The diaspora trusts that you understand this weighty issue better. Is Kenyans living in Diasporas dreams trapped in political cage again ? Is this business as usual?

Change does not come through the harsh judgment, it is through justice,truth
openness for citizens.

Why should a Kenya born be threaten with a deportation order ?

We are very saddened with the treatment of Hon Muhamud Sirati, who was recently arrested because he hold an Australian Passport, being deny an opportunity to offer his services to his country in the political platform just because he took another country citizenship.

The Attorney General and the chief Justice of Kenya all understand so well that Mr Siarati has a right tO participate in Kenyan politics and instead of bringing sanity and fair judgments it, he being robbed his dignity.

“Mr Bado Mapambano, you know that justice delayed is justice denied”

We hereby urge your ministry to act swiftly and enact the bill to protect the rights and provide a road map to citizenship for all those generation of Sudanese, Ethiopia, Rwandans, Ugandans, Somalis born in Kenya either in refugee camps or elsewhere to avoid immigration truima.

Kenyan Grand Government should never disfranchise contributions of these immigrants for political reason.

The last three regimes were hampered by bang and bull mentality of entitlement and blinded by ignorance, but the day is now breaking…. And the new political chapter of fair and equity has come

Citizenship’s mobility should not be reflected as discrimination to any mankind and therefore by drafting the duel citizenship bill, you will leave behind a lasting legacy for you and ODM.
