It is a desperate ineffective charity handcuffed by anti-condom forces. Of the world's actual medical associations, not one endorses routine circumcision. Most of the US men who have died of AIDS were circumcised at birth. Circumcsision does not prevent AIDS. Wow! Quite a comprehensive debunking of circumcision myths.
