		<description>Where are our water-tight policies? This is when we need them so that the system can reduce the temptation we subject our leaders to by granting them unbridled power. Look at the list and you will notice a good number of them are seriously declared christians, so what happens? It is power and money - the greatest destroyers of great men. Let's improve our policies in Kenya so that outcomes of governance do not have to rely on individuals, but on well established systems of checks.</description>
