The cybernoise makers are the same to the politicians they want to replace.

The parties we have are more than enough. Just educate the electorate to chhose good leaders and put pressure on political parties to embrace democratic practices. Political parties which allow nandidates to get nominated by thuggery should be deregistered. That is what i would do if I geneinely want change but not to confuse further the already confused electorate by having very many parties.

I am Barrister Frank Appiah, a solicitor at law. I was the personal attorney to late Mr. Mark Saunders, a national of your country who use to work with Shell-development Company in Accra-Ghana. Herein after shall be referred to as my client. On the 21st of April 2006,my client, his wife and their three children were involved in a car accident along Kumasi express road. All occupants of the vehicle unfortunately lost their lives.

Since then I have made several enquiries to your embassy to locate any of my clients extended relatives, this has also proved unsuccessful. After these several unsuccessful attempts to locate any member of his family hence I contacted you.

I am contacting you to assist in repatriating the money and property left behind by my client before they get confiscated or declared unserviceable by the bank where this huge deposit is lodged. Particularly, the HSBC Bank Ghana where my late client had an account
valued at about 10 Million Dollars has issued me a notice as his attorney to provide hisnext of kin or have the account confiscated within the next ten official working days.

Since I have been unsuccessful in locating the relatives for over 3 years now I seek your consent to present you as the next of kin of the deceased since you are from the same country, so that the proceeds of this account including valuables and cash valued at us$ 10 Million will be paid to you and then you and I can share the money. 60% to me and 40% to you I have all necessary legal documents that can be used to back up any claim we may make.

All I require is your honest co-operation to enable us conclude this deal.I guarantee that this will be executed under a legitimate arrangement that will protect you from any breach of the law. Please get in touch with me by my email. Contact me immediately so that we can discuss further about this issue.

Best regards,

WE ARE NOT NOISEMAKERS.

It is totally misdirected for the author of the article “Progressive Movement Mr. Abonyo”to call Kenyans Cyber Noisemakers.

These are Kenyans who have all the legitimate right to debate political matters affecting their beloved country and the families left back home.

Democracy is not about forming more political parties because there is room and avenue to misdirect Kenyans.

Kenyan people don’t understand the apparent process that your group has qualified and designed to test the resolved as well as gauge the public political interest on this untamed platform.

Kenyans are still bitter and are not ready to forgive anyone politically that has misled and still confusing them since independence.

When tough questions are raised, people who understand democracy believe such move of progressive group is a defector move and very destructive.

There’s a lot of work to be done in Kenya especially at state house. There is no doubt election was not only rigged but it was stolen and we have an illegitimate president and the vice president.

Kenyans have been separated for the last forty years because of creed and bunker mentality of entitlement in leaderships.

Since second liberation, a little has been achieved but still more work has to be done to have a correct society of a real political compositions.

Political interests need to identify themselves on reform agendas as Mr. Odhiambo did during the Madaraka Day struggle not political parties that don’t have political power for real change.

The Western Kenya Movement for change (WKMC) and its members both in Diaspora and at home disagree with the idea of progressive political party.

We are afraid this timing is very poor and uncalled for especially during this time of profound challenges facing the people of Kenya and its friends.

Kenyans don’t need another unexplained political party mix-ups though the Progressive group have all the legitimate rights and are within their democratic rights to form one.

Kenya is one not forty tribes, Bunge la Mwanainch under Nyongesa and the civil society are doing commendable work beyond imaginable limits. There is need for them to stay intact not loose its political volumes.

They have stood with the people and have suffered for the people. Progressive group need to join such forces to make this coalition government governable instead of mixing the civil society and Bunge la Mwanainch with poor ground.

Western Kenya movement for change (WKMC) urges Kenyans worldwide to join others both at home and Diaspora to work together with other forces that believes in change to bring political sanity and harmonization among the diverse society that is divided along tribal politics.

We need to press this evil politics in state house-Nairobi to understand Kenya does not need illegitimate leaderships.

There are matters as from achieving constitutional freedoms, press freedoms that have been ignored by the illegitimate president Kibaki, equalizing the country resources and civic understanding, providing Kenyans with strong food security and making it a strong democratic country.

There is no time to waste this year because a false promise has to be a reality where it was to be false by recycled tribal leaders.

Majimbo Constitution is the solution for a stable Kenya and unified society.

There is need to have a majimbo constitution that represent Kenya as a country not a tribe.

Saitoti, Kibaki, Uhuru, and Kalonzo must not be cheated to assume Kenya will forget easily about their forced leaderships.

We are still solidly behind ODM as a party not because of tribe or for security reasons from Nyanza to western or central Kenya.

The ODM influence is still vital and directional as per now for Kenyan people.

We need to back it on reform agenda not to run way from it because I was not recognized
for a certain job.

Cyber Noise Markers have finally exposed their true colour. After writing about kenya politics
for sometimes, some of these authors have now felt to be politically knowledgeable to form a party which can solve kenya's socio-political and economic problems within the shortest time.

These very group whose political voices are sounding reform agenda should end up to be pseudo reformists like the ones who were sponored by moi when FORD was about to deliver reforms.

During 1990s moi sponored parties like DP of kibaki,SDP of makau, and some small others to denied kenyans reforms. And indeed ,they denied kenyans political reforms up to this time. Now that kenyans, after long struggle, are suppose to get new constitution which will address kenyans ' socio-political and economic problems for the first time for the last forty years of misrule.Raila and other reformists have worked tirelessly without undermining people aspirations. This time the so called Cyber Noise Markers should not accept to be used to block the delivery of a new constitution within the specified period.

The group,if they mean well for the ordinary as they claim, they should just form a formendable
pressure group to see that the promised changes come.We should insist on legal and constitutional changes to reinforce reforms.

It is unimaginable that some yesterday's ODM candidates who failed to win election have now
turned urging kenyans to accept a party whose policies are not known. It is strange that some
of names that we see are owners of NGOs which are funded to uplift socio-economic standards
of kenyans.Kenyans are expecting leaders to concentrate on areas which are more important
to them. We expect these owners of NGO to continue they good work through the NGO without
mixing politics with their good work.

In fact kenyans should accept forces of retrogression to block what they are suppose to achieve within six months. Our intellectuals must come out to distance themselves from these forces of retrogression. Kenyans are tired of intellectual- on- hire who sustained moi's leadership for individual gains.Let our intellectuals work for our general problem solutions not blocking reforms.
